Unpleasant. There was a misunderstanding. We booked well in advance, but the place didn't have our booking. Great accommodation and excellent service. Had a great time at Seaview. Everything was neat and in place. Pool was sparkling clean and with the facilities of the main residence also available, you are well catered for. Belinha who manages the residence is hands on and her service was excellent. A small problem I reported with one door was promptly fixed within hours by a handyman. Well done!
