Description
Seaview on Mulberry is a holiday home located in Jeffreys Bay with lovely sea views. It’s ideally situated within easy reach of the beach and the world-renowned surfing spots, Point and Supertubes. The house has large windows, allowing airy, light, and open space throughout the whole house.
This lovely home can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There’s also a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, air fryer, pressure cooker, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, the scullery also includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
The lounge features a beautiful leather couch that faces a gas fireplace with a flat-screen TV mounted right above and installed with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Gas geysers are utilised in the home, one for the rooms and one for the kitchen to ensure warm water is always available.
The glass stack doors open to the spacious verandah with outdoor furniture and a ping-pong table, right next to the large built-in braai and picnic table. The enclosed yard has a lovely lawn and a washing line. The house has solar panels and batteries to remain unaffected by load shedding, as well as water tanks installed with a pump to keep the water pressure high.
