Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Price includes water and electricity. A breakages deposit of R1000 is required but repayable no later than two days after leaving to cover possible breakages/soiled upholstery and extra cleaning. This amount is payable with the last payment before occupation and money will only be withheld if the house is not left in a satisfactory condition.
Cleaning fee: R200 per day.
