Breakage Deposit

House Rules

The price includes water and electricity and daily cleaning services. . A breakage deposit of R1000 is required but repayable no later than two days after leaving to cover possible breakages/soiled upholstery and extra cleaning. This amount is payable with the last payment before occupation and money will only be withheld if the house is not left in a satisfactory condition.
