Comfortable holiday home with lagoon and sea views, located in the coastal town of Sedgefield. Ideal for a weekend or holiday getaway with family and friends.
This double-storey log house is comfortably decorated, comprising 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the top floor is 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom with bath and shower. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath only. The second ground floor bedroom has an adjoining bathroom fitted with a shower only. All bedrooms are fitted with double beds.
The living area is open-plan and the kitchen is well-equipped to prepare and cook meals. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, anthracite heater and there is a TV with DStv channels available on request and DVD-player. Sliding doors in the living area open onto a wooden deck with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The house has an alarm and armed response as well as a small safe.
A variety of activities in the area including hiking, fishing, cycling, kite surfing, paragliding, bird watching, golf, and water sports. The property is within walking distance of the lagoon and beach. Restaurants, shops, and banks nearby. Please be advised that we are not pet-friendly.
