The guest room is located in the owner's apartment but has its own balcony and private bathroom. The room features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, a basin, and a toilet. Other amenities include a fridge, microwave and tea- and coffee-making facilities with homemade rusks. A cleaning service is provided free of charge by prior arrangement.
From the balcony, with outdoor furniture and a beach umbrella, guests are afforded beautiful views over the ocean and mountains.
In the complex, guests have access to a communal swimming pool and braai area with outdoor furniture as well as secure parking. Changing rooms are available at the swimming pool by prior arrangement with the host.
The apartment building is a mere 500 m from Diaz Beach and 4.3 km from Hartenbos. Although meals are not included in the rental, there are restaurants in the area where guests can enjoy meals. Other attractions in the area include Diaz Museum and Pinnacle Point.
