The first bedroom contains a double bed and a standing fan, and the second bedroom 2 bunk beds. The first bathroom has a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin, and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The living area contains a flat-screen TV with OpenView satellite channels. The living area opens through sliding doors to a private balcony with built-in braai facilities, and partial sea views.
The apartment is conveniently located just 48 steps from the parking bay. Secure undercover parking is provided. The complex also offers a communal fresh-water swimming pool.
There are numerous restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. See Uitsig 12's central location in the middle of the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal is the ideal base camp to visit the numerous tourist attractions that the area provides. These include the world-famous Oribi Gorge with the Wild 5 adventure activities, Lake Eland game reserve, and the Wild Coast Casino Resort and Golf Course, with its many attractions. Waterworld's cruises on the Umtamvuna River are only 39 km away. There are beautiful beaches for sunbathing, walking, and fishing.
