Badly managed. Sentosa Place is a beautiful property, but it is badly managed. The bathrooms were dirty and we found dirty water with a dirty mop inside a bucket! There was no toilet papers in the bathrooms! The customer service was also bad as we could not get a hold of the contact person. She called to give us electricity and switched off her phone the whole time. We had no internet and couldn't get hold of her to let her know because her phone was off and unavailable on WhatsApp. One of the rooms had a leaking aircon which flooded the bed, and the door doesn't lock in that same room which opens up to the outside!
