Description
Serendipity is a self-catering cottage located on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast in the town of Umthentweni. Besides being a very popular fishing beach, Umthentweni is conveniently within easy reach of many delightful restaurants, golf courses and shopping facilities. The cottage is just 80 metres from the Umthentweni main beach.
This cottage can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge leading to a patio. The main and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom has 1 single bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other bedrooms share the second bathroom. Bedding is supplied but guests are required to bring their own bath- and beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests' convenience. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy seating and a large, flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
The cottage is fully fenced, making it pet-friendly. Vehicles can park in the enclosed forecourt.
The property has an alarm system for added security.
