Description
Shabby View Beach House is a beautiful double-storey self-catering holiday home ideally located next to the Southbroom main beach, and offering spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and Southbroom Lagoon.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a TV lounge and a second lounge.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower and twin washbasins. This room has doors opening to a balcony. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed with en-suite, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, also with en-suite. There is also an additional guest toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, other small appliances, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. There is a large 8-seater dining table and chairs. The TV lounge features a flat-screen TV. There is a second 8-seater dining table and chairs that is open-plan to the second lounge. The living area opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, which in turn leads to a garden and swimming pool with sun loungers and beautiful views.
