Surrounded by the beautiful Tsitsikamma forest "Shades" is a spacious self-catering generational family home situated in Nature's Valley along the Garden Route, nestled between Plettenberg Bay and Storms River. Comfortably furnished, this house is surrounded bydense forests, unspoiled coastlines, and abundant wildlife, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends.
This property accommodates up to 8 guests, comprising 3 bedrooms and a loft room and 4 half-bathrooms as well as a warm "outside" shower to wash off sand. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, hand held shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms also contain king-size beds. The loft is furnished with two double sleeper mattresses. One of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and the other bathroom features a bath and washbasin. There is also a guest toilet. All linens and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. For bookings of 3 weeks or longer guests will have use of the laundry room with washing machine tumble dryer, additional shower and toilet as well as the chest freezer.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities, along with a breakfast bar and stools. Next to the kitchen, the cosy lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating, and a collection of board games and books, creating a space for guests to unwind and relax.
Outside, on the deck there is outdoor furniture and braai facilities, making it an ideal spot for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening sundowners. The beach is just a short walk away, only 500 meters from the home. On-site undercover parking is also available.
