Description
Shale Beach House is a unique and tranquil self-catering holiday home along the lower south coast of KZN in the quiet town of Ramsgate. The house offers upmarket private and secure accommodation with direct access to private, clean, and quiet beaches.
This double-story house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 sea-facing bedrooms all with access to the large balcony. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath, basin, and bidet toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have 2-single beds, use the guest's bathroom in the passage, and are fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. The downstairs area has a spacious lounge with comfy seating space, a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, a dining room, and a built-in bar.
The outside of the house has a large covered patio with braai facilities overlooking a rim-flow swimming pool and a spacious well-manicured garden with views of the sea. The garden leads directly onto the beach via a private gate through the admiralty reserve.
This property has a lock-up garage, an automated front gate, and an alarm with security gates on all windows and doors for guests' safety and peace of mind.
