Description

Shamwari Eagles Crag offers all-inclusive accommodation, and is located in Shamwari Private Game Reserve. The reserve is home to Africa’s Big 5 and is malaria free, and is situated in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

Accommodation at the luxurious Shamwari Eagles Crag comprises 9 individually decorated suites. Each thatched-roof suite is furnished with a king-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, with access to an outdoor shower. In addition, each suite contains air-conditioning, an electronic safe, a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini-bar fridge, and other luxuries. Each suite boasts a private deck with a heated plunge pool.

Breakfast and other meals are included, and are served in the main dining area which also has a well-stocked bar; the restaurant opens onto the main deck, which leads to aerial viewing pods and a central firepit. There is a second social lounge area on the lower level, which has a fireplace, a TV, and a billiard table.

The lodge also boasts a wellness centre that offers spa treatments and has a steam room and sauna; Wi-Fi Internet access, a fitness centre, and a boutique gift shop.

2 Game drives are also included on an open game vehicle with the experienced game ranger, who will provide insightful and valuable information about the fauna and flora between game drives and walks.
