Extremely poor maintenance and booking! Stay away! Stay away from 208 Shangri La! We booked 2 nights 26, 27/12/2024. Getting the key is a problem. The safe where the key is is broken, had to get the key from 209. 209 first had to look for where they threw the key. The remote for the gate did not work at all. Not at all as booked. There are only 2 bedrooms: 1x double bed and 2x single beds in the other bedroom. The place was dirty, the lounge suite was disgusting and we did not want to sit on it. There was still a dog and mushroom pie dated 14 days ago in the microwave. During the time we were at the beach, people entered our flat to deliver an ironing board and dryer hanger after I told the owner I would get it from security. We only stayed 1 night and drove the next afternoon.
