Accommodation at this lodge comprises 10 chalets that have thatched roofs, which are free standing with private settings and breathtaking views of Lake Jozini, the Lebombo Mountains and the Pongola Game Reserves. Each chalet is comfortably decorated in African style, and either has twin beds or extra length king-size beds, with en-suite wooden bathroom and a enclosed outdoor shower, as well as a private viewing deck. There is also a family unit and a honeymoon unit. Facilities included in these rooms include a tea -and coffee- making tray, a fan, a safe for valuables and complimentary toiletries.
Shayamoya also has a fully licensed bar, a swimming pool for those hot days, table tennis, a big screen TV and free Wi-Fi access at the boma. The on-site restaurant called, The Bundu Pot, that offers a delicious A’la carte menu and prepares outdoor braai evenings around the open fire. Children will love being entertained at this resort, and babysitters can be arranged if parents participate in conferencing or special functions planned during their stay.
