Shorebreak @ Cape St Francis Resort & Lifestyle Estate is named after its exceptional views of the beach and Seal Point Surf Break and is less than 50m from the beach in Cape St. Francis.
This beautiful house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and boasts amazing sea views. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. This room offers direct access to the deck with a sea view. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a double bed and makes use of the adjacent bathroom fitted with a shower. This room has a door that leads outside and an outdoor shower where guests can rinse off when returning from the beach.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for use in the garage. The kitchen opens up to an open-plan dining and living area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available.
This accommodation is equipped with solar panels and a battery. Only the oven, geyser and tumble dryer will not work during loadshedding.
Through the stacking doors, there is a large patio with a covered braai area, outdoor furniture and a swimming pool for guests to cool off. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee on the rooftop deck which has incredible views of the ocean.
