Silhouette 1 Amazing Grace is a stunning self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Lawrence Rocks, just outside Ramsgate. The unit is conveniently situated across the beach, and within close proximity to shops, and several restaurants, as well as Margate and Ramsgate's main beaches, providing guests with easy access to amenities and attractions during their stay.
This ground floor apartment, suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, features stylish furniture and decor that has been completely redone and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The bedroom also has a sliding door that leads to the patio and grass with a view of the beautiful beach. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk, and the third bedroom also has a tri-bunk bed. They share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a centrally located breakfast island with stools. It further extends to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a smart TV where guests can log into their own streaming accounts. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The lounge area leads to a patio with a dining table and chairs. There is also a gas braai.
