Description
Silver Sunsets offers self-catering accommodation in Sunset Beach, a popular spot for families and kiteboarding in Cape Town. The accommodation is conveniently situated within close proximity to local grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants and only 200m walk from a beautiful beach with magnificent views of Table Mountain and Table Bay.
Accommodation is offered in 4 apartments:
Upstairs - We offer 2x 3-bedroom 95sqm apartments, each with a full kitchen, lounge with a TV & Netflix, and two bathrooms with showers. These apartments have private entrances and share a balcony & braai area. The apartments can sleep a maximum of 6 guests each (not including babies under 2).
Downstairs - We offer a 1-bedroom 65sqm apartment with a full kitchen, lounge with a TV & Netflix and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a king-size bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge that can convert to a double bed, and the apartment can sleep up to 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children. The apartment leads out onto a shared patio and garden, with a Weber braai.
Also downstairs, we offer a 50sqm open plan apartment with a full kitchen, lounge with a TV & Netflix and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a king-size bed and sofa bed in the lounge that can convert to a double bed, and the apartment can sleep up to 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children. This apartment has a private outside courtyard with a Weber braai.
Each apartment kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living areas have a dining area, a couch, extra seating, and a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix, free Wi-Fi is also available throughout.
Guests have access to the shared garden and braai areas, the upstairs balcony has outdoor furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the nearby Durbanville Hills. Parking is available across two large shared driveways with up to 2 parkings per apartment available. We also offer our guests use of a shared washing machine and racks for laundry.
Please note that the property is in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood and not suitable or available for events, gatherings, parties or non-resident visitors for the safety and tranquility of all of our guests. Groups of 5 or more adults will attract a damage deposit of R1500 per apartment and the apartments are monitored offsite via CCTV. Music or TVs that can be heard outside of the apartments is not allowed, and quiet time hours are between 9pm and 8am.
