Description
Silver Sunsets offers family-friendly self-catering apartments in Sunset Beach, a quiet neighbourhood with a popular kiteboarding beach in Cape Town. The apartments are located within walking distance to a small grocery store, coffee shops and a family-friendly restaurant, and only 200m from the beach.
We offer 4 apartments on the property. There are 2 three-bedroom apartments upstairs, 1 one-bedroom apartment and 1 studio apartment downstairs.
2 Three-bedroom upstairs Apartments (“Ocean” & “Mountain”): Our Three-Bedroom apartments sleep up to 6 guests each. The 95sqm apartments each comprise of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each and the shared family bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery and a kettle. There is also a dining table seating 6 and the lounge is furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. This unit has access to the shared balcony which has outdoor furniture and shared braai facilities.
One-Bedroom Apartment (“Garden”) sleeps up to 3 adult guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the sliding doors open to a covered patio with outdoor furniture, granting guests direct access to the communal garden and a Weber braai. The living area is furnished with a double sleeper couch that can sleep 1 adult or two children. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery and a kettle. The open-plan living area has a dining table, the sleeper couch, extra seating, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix.
Studio Apartment (“Courtyard”) sleeps up to 3 adult guests (or 2 adults 2 children) in a 50sqm open plan space. The bedroom area is furnished with a king-size bed, the bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. The living area is furnished with a double sleeper couch that can sleep 1 adult or two children, a flat screen TV with Netflix and extra seating. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery & crockery and a kettle and features a kitchen island that can seat up to 4 for meals. The apartment also features a private outside courtyard area with seating and a Weber braai.
Parking is available on-site on our driveway. There is a shared washing machine and laundry racks available. Regret no pets. Groups of 5 or more adults attract an upfront damage deposit.
