Silvermist Wine Estate, a privately owned property in excess of 60 acres, is located on Constantia Nek, en route to Hout Bay. It is the only certified organic farm in the Constantia area producing wine of an exceptional standard.
The spacious and beautiful suites are positioned high up in the estate to take advantage of the magical views of the valley and the Twelve Apostle mountain range. All suites and both ridge cottages have large verandahs and timber decks. The Hotel Garden Suites have indoor fireplaces, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a small mini-bar selection.
The 2 Ridge Suites Cottages are not only spacious but they also have a 'butler's kitchen' comprising a microwave, kettle, toaster, small sink, and drinks fridge, making it ideal for enjoying a simply prepared lunch.
The world-famous La Colombe Restaurant offers fine dining. Bookings are essential to experience this superb establishment.
Facilities on the property include swimming pool, conference facilities, daily laundry services from 08:00 to 16:00, Wi-Fi Internet access, and 24-hour security including electric fencing and beams. Guests are welcome to undertake beautiful hikes on the mountain and have access to Table Mountain National Park.
