Simbithi 29 Fish Eagle Ridge is a lovely self-catering holiday home for up to 8 people in Simbithi Eco Estate, ideal for families, friends, and golfers.
The multi-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Two of the bedrooms each contain a double bed, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a private bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar and dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with access to Netflix and Showmax, and the living area opens onto a patio with a built-in braai area.
The estate offers 3 clubhouses, various walking and mountain biking trails, an 18-hole golf course, and free-roaming wildlife, and is just 2 km from the beach.
