The Simbithi Luxury Home is a beautiful open-plan home set on the Simbithi Golf Course in the secure Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito. The Simbithi Clubhouse and Restaurant are within walking distance of the house and the beach is approximately 3 km away. The home is exquisitely furnished and an entertainer's dream.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, a dining and living area, and a TV lounge. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and/or a shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and other small appliances, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs.
The TV lounge is air-conditioned and contains an L-shaped couch, ceiling fan, beanbag, and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Sliding doors open to a covered patio with outdoor seating, a dining table and chairs, and a braai facility. Stairs lead down to a swimming pool deck with sun loungers.
