Breathtaking scenery & wildlife. Clean, neat accommodation and friendly service. We were the only people there and it was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the Zebra chalet because the Nyala chalet was not available. Zebra is for 7 people and we were only 3. We had our own swimming pool and braai area. Very nice and peaceful. We plan to go again in the winter. Tap water is not suitable for cooking or drinking, so bring your own water. Hot water in the shower was missing.

Very peaceful well-appointed cottage and pool surrounded by wildlife. Our host was very helpful. Between load shedding and Eskom transformer breakdowns, we had little inconvenience. Loads of firewood for inside hearth and outside braai, magneto light, fridge, gas stove, and lovely pool looking over grass and bushveld with ostrich, kudu, nyala, blesbok, and zebra. Beautifully appointed 3-bedroom cottage. Will definitely come again with friends and relatives. Easy drive to Weenen Nature Reserve and Berg resorts. Thanks Slievyre.
