Snowdove leaves a bitter taste in my mouth! Guests must please make absolutely sure that everything is in the unit upon arrival and also when they leave the unit. Your breakage compensation will remain in the battle for things you didn't take. We have stayed all over the Western Cape and never had an incident. This was our 2nd booking at Snowdove and last time was without incident. Please take photos. That's all the recommendation I can make.
