House Rules

The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and loud music is allowed.
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking. If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive.
No smoking is allowed inside the home.
No items may be removed from the home.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior to your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival strictly in cash.
We supply dishwashing liquid, two dish towels, two black bags and one toilet roll per toilet.
Please bring your own portable hinged grid.
Firewood is not supplied.
