Description
The Tambuki 4x4 Camp is a 4x4 enthusiasts dream ideal for rugged adventurers who like to be as close to nature as possible, located in the Sondela Nature Reserve. This remote camp is only accessible with a 4x4 vehicle. It is set around the base of a rock ‘koppie’ hill, and you can climb the koppie for a sundowner and indulge in a sunset that will remain in your thoughts forever.
There are only 5 camping stands available, and a maximum of 4 campers are permitted per stand. Here you can pitch your tent and enjoy the sights of unspoilt nature around you. There is no electricity.
The camp has an open-air ablution with showers and flush toilets. Hot water is provided by a wood-burning donkey hot-water system.
There is also a central thatched boma and fire pit area to relax.
