Please note, the units share the use of a communal kitchen for self-catering.
No students are permitted to stay without adult supervision.
No pets allowed.
No smoking indoors.
The maximum number of adults may not exceed the number of beds available.
No fishing rods and gear are allowed inside the flat.
There are strict noise policies in place and guests should please refrain from excessive noise and playing loud music. No music is allowed after 22:00.
Visitors are strictly allowed until 22:00 only.
