Tranquil and beautiful. We arrived in the mist and left in the mist. What a beautiful cottage. The grounds were immaculate and the cottage had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful location, in a serene place. The staff were amazing and the food awesome. The location of the cottages and its proximity to the hotel was awesome. The lake was lovely and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely loved it. Very serene, it was clean, loved that it was serviced daily (clean towels, etc.). Value for money considering it included breakfast but since it's self-catering, it was just easier to make our own especially because breakfast isn't on-site - it's a 10 m drive (not too far)! The brown water was a huge issue!

Tranquil and peaceful. Cottages, dam and surroundings are a little tired and need attention. Some basic essentials lacking. As a long-time fly fisherman question the "trophy fish" claim. Didn't see a rise or fish in two full days there and half of the dam was full of weeds. Jetties, wooden gangplanks and wooden verandahs are in a bad state. Not a good fishing spot.
