I really loved my stay, it was short and very cold. Clarens is a beautiful destination. The home we stayed in was beautiful. The load shedding is awful in winter. Especially because there's no warm water when the power is off. Wood should be provided as part of the deal.

We were disappointed. A lot of things broken and not working. I did send the owner feedback with photographs. Fireplace didn't work. Gate was not working when we arrived. Wi-Fi didn't work. House is dirty. The oven door is broken. No extension cords in rooms to plug in both sides of electric blankets. Overall very disappointing.
