Comfortable with easy access to rest of city. Reasonable value for money in a market with lots of competition. Spacious and comfortable with a few excusable niggles.

Customer service poor and unprofessional. St Georges 304 is a beautiful place to stay, unfortunately the service by CTHA is not good quality, upon arrival a problem came up and alternative accommodation had to be booked as the bathroom could not be used. CTHA's service in an emergency situation is poor. The air conditioner didn't work either. 2 weeks later the deposit was not refunded.

Purpose served for short notice, but check-in process is not customer friendly at all. The additional charge for arrival after hours was not clear from the start. Our flight was delayed and our attempt to make contact and make arrangements had no result. Place not clearly marked for arriving in the dark, we struggled to find the place and then our hostess was only able to check us in at around 11pm. Unit is in a block of flats and the neighbors are very noisy both nights until very late.

The most noisy place I have ever stayed. The unit itself was neat, although the building did not impress. There is a taxi stop right in front of the building so there is a big noise all day, so one can't sleep late or get some rest during the day.

Great location but service can be improved. Great room with a beautiful city view, lots of fast food joints and restaurants in the proximity. Improvements can be made to the late check-in service - waiting for your host late at night to hand over the keys is not ideal especially after long travels.
