House Rules

- Maximum 6 guests (including children) allowed
- No smoking/vaping inside the house
- No eating and drinking in bedrooms
- No pets allowed
- No parties/events allowed - the house is in a residential area, we would appreciate it if you respect the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours after 23h00
- No day visitors are allowed
- No speakers allowed
- If you break it - replace it

There is one security camera facing the front garden and gate. It will be on during the stay.

For your information:
- Eskom loadshedding area - Ashton (3)
- House is close to town centre - the street is busy and noisy Friday afternoon (16h00 till 18h30) and Saturday morning (9h00 til 14h00)
- TV with streaming - Netflix
- Apps availability for your own account log in: Disney+, Prime, DStv.

The room is prepared as follows:
Room 1 - king-size bed that can be made up as 2 single beds on request.
Room 2 - 2 single beds that can be made up as a king-size bed on request.
Room 3 - 2 single beds that can be made up as a king-size bed on request.
