Feels like home.

William, the house manager, is an excellent host. He accommodates your every need with sincere friendliness and warmth. As an experienced guest hotel liaison, I noticed there are a few things that require upgrades that will facilitate William to simplify management practices. Here are a few things to consider: 1. A tumble dryer will greatly assist in the winter season. A dishwasher will enhance kitchen use, particularly when there are more than 4 guests at one time. Eco-friendly dishwashers and tumble dryers are cost-saving as well. 2. Separate entrances to each room with an en suite. Alleviates the noise level/disturbances of late night arrivals and early morning activities to other guests who have a late-night or very early meeting (online). 3. Soundboards for the bathrooms (doors/handles and toilet cisterns). Since it's an old house with echoing effects. Temporary measure. 4. Identify noise levels at the entrance and inside to be considerate of guests. As well as the guesthouse is in a residential area. 5. Maintenance (handyman) of small items that need replacing or enhancements. Tazlyn showcased professional service and swift response when booking and follow-up as well.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It was clean, safe, peaceful. Master Will( William was and absolute gentleman and very friendly and very accommodating.

It was great from the time we set foot until we left. Pleasant, neat, and tidy. Peaceful stay. Would choose it again.

Good.

Not recommended for a family. The supervisor was very helpful. Perfect for a group of friends. There was no en-suite shower/toilet in one of the rooms that I was offered. I shared the shower with workers who were renovating the premises, while other guests had en-suite shower/toilet. Otherwise, I can't complain much as my stay was only for one night. Not recommended for people who expect too much for a minimum rate. I had a great night and enjoyed my stay. Keep it up and never give up. Thank you for your generosity.
