This property does not accommodate any student groups or guests attending Matric Rage under any circumstances.
The maximum number of guests in the cottage is 4, and under no circumstances may this be exceeded unless by prior arrangement. We regret that failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being asked to vacate.
Social events are not allowed on the property.
It is located in a residential area, and tenants agree to behave in a reasonable and quiet manner.
There is a daily cleaning service, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
