Strandkombuis is a rustic diamond on the wild and beautiful West Coast, nestled in the dunes between a nature reserve and the beach in Yzerfontein. Strandkombuis offers bed and breakfast accommodation, a restaurant, a venue for weddings and events, and is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
Comfortable accommodation is offered in a variety of suites, double rooms, twin rooms and family rooms. Each unit has a private en-suite bathroom. The decor is classic and simple, with whitewashed walls and reclaimed wood features. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, watch the sunrise, and after breakfast, grab a coffee, hop over the dunes, and enjoy a stroll along the long stretch of sandy beach.
Strandkombuis offers parking for guests, a 24-hour reception, and a 24-hour laundry service. The restaurant and bar are usually open on Friday evenings and for lunch on Sundays, but is often open through the weekend, and can accommodate most requests with advance notice. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
