Hi Wendy,
Thanks for your review and the concern raised with noise in corridors.
Was the noise from cleaning staff or other guests? I would like to have this addressed, so I would highly value your input.
There is a strict policy of no guests, as this raises security concerns since guests are not checked in and vetted and cannot be held responsible.
If you were expecting a guest, you are welcome to book 2 guests from the onset and have your guest check in at reception, so they are an official checked-in guest.
