The air-conditioned studio apartment comprises a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also an inverter that works during load shedding.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, a convection oven, egg cooker, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
