Description
Suiderstrand Beach House & Flat is a beautiful self-catering holiday home within a 150 m walk to the beach. It is perfect for a family or group of friends and offers a spectacular view of the blue waters. It is situated in a Nature Reserve, which is the perfect getaway from the big city lights, and is load-shedding friendly as it is equipped with a solar battery system.
This house and flat can accommodate a total of 14 guests. It comprises 5 individually furnished en-suite bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, lounge areas, and dining areas. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, and a baby cot, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen upstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and in a separate scullery, guests can find a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for their convenience. Downstairs is the second kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and a lovely coffee machine. There’s a dishwasher for guests to use and a central dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. The kitchen extends to cosy couches.
It features a centrally located table with chairs and an indoor braai area. It leads out to a dining area with stools and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and Netflix. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The lounge opens up to the backyard with outdoor seating space, a sparkling swimming pool, a lovely lawn, and an outdoor braai area.
