Sun & Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa is a furnished self-catering villa situated in Green Point, on the slopes of Signal Hill, in the middle of the Atlantic Seaboard. The villa is close to various shops, bars and restaurants in Green Point, and is a short drive from Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and its many beaches, Long Street and the stunning Green Point Park. The villa has views of the ocean and Robben Island in the distance.
The accommodation up to 10 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed. The first bedroom has a beautiful little balcony with amazing ocean views. The second bedroom spills out onto its own little garden. Another garden has a nice seating area and a Kolkol wood-fired hot tub. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These rooms each feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. One of the bathrooms have a bathtub. The fifth bedroom is a small basic room nestled inside the master bedroom with bunkbeds.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. The villa has various sitting areas, both indoor and outdoor. The villa has a lovely entertainment Lapa area with a built-in braai. The villa has two dedicated, secure parking areas.
By prior arrangement, during certain times of the year, guests may make use of a swimming pool on the adjoining property, where your hosts live. The pool is located up a quick flight of stairs.
