Sun & Sea Family Villa and Apartment offers lovely self-catering accommodation on a beautiful property in Green Point, which is conveniently close to various shops, bars and restaurants, and is a short drive from Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and its many beaches, Long Street and the stunning Green Point Park.
Accommodation is offered in a Family Villa and a separate Apartment for groups of up to 12 guests, or guests can rent out the separate apartment.
The Family Villa and the separate Apartment has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, of which 3 are en suite, and 2 additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas. The villa has 2 sitting areas; 1 with a little swing next to a real fireplace and another by the TV. The outside area has a pool, a sun deck, a patio and a little garden. There are fabulous views of the ocean. There is 1 dedicated, secured parking area.
The separate Apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area.
Both the Family Villa and the Apartment have shared the use of the communal swimming pool, and the large garden with amazing ocean views. Dedicated parking is available for sedan vehicles, alternatively, there is plenty of on-street parking.
