Sun Centre 9 is a gorgeous self-catering penthouse boasting incredible panoramic ocean views located in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. This is the perfect option for a relaxing getaway as this penthouse has an expansive outdoor space with a jacuzzi.
This penthouse can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and the fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. All linen and towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. There is a second dining space and 2 cosy lounge areas with comfy seating and a Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Outside there is a spacious entertainment area with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, braai facilities and a jacuzzi which is a great spot for a sundowner while overlooking the ocean. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. During load shedding, this penthouse has a backup inverter.
