Description
Sunset on Mountain Rise is a self-catering home located in the picturesque area of Scarborough. The holiday home is with walking distance to the beach, and a drive from other attractions in this part of the Cape Peninsula.
This double-storey house is located on the mountainside and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms are located on the upper level; the main room is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second and third rooms each have 2 single beds. Upstairs bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Downstairs has a seperate bathroom with a shower. Outside living is on the deck with a Webber braai for use on the deck.
There is a downstairs apartment that is occupied by myself and is not part of the upstairs living area.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a kettle. The adjacent living area features a wood-burning fireplace, and leads out to the spacious deck, which offers patio table and chairs and lovely sea and area views to admire. There is parking available on the premises for 2 vehicles only.
Sunset on Mountain Rise is located approximately within 15 km from Simon’s Town Harbour and Boulders Penguin Beach, 24 km from Cape Point Nature Reserve, and 56.6 km from Cape Town International Airport.
