This modern, air-conditioned apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. This bedroom has a designated workstation and a small private balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds while the remaining bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The open-plan living space integrates the luxury interiors with expansive patios, creating an indoor-outdoor living experience. The living area features an 8-seater dining table, and the lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a 55" smart TV with DStv and a soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience.
The large main balcony features 2 sun loungers, a Weber kettle braai, and a gas grill. The Santorini Estate has direct access to two stunning beaches. The first is the beautiful Perissa Beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's main beach. Perissa Beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming. The second option is the popular Thompson's Bay Beach, which features a tide pool and is safe for snorkelling.
Guests will have access to all the estate amenities, including a swimming pool and children's playground. The unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, golf courses, and Ballito's main beaches.
