Surfwatch Villa and Cottage offers self-catering accommodation located in Fish Hoek, situated on the hill overlooking Fish Hoek Beach. Large, easy living spaces with spectacular views from every room make this property ideal for leisure travellers or those visiting for business purposes.
The property can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time and features a main house and separate cottage. The main house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet, while the cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with either a king-size bed or a queen-size bed. Two of the bedrooms in the main house are en-suite, one of which has a bath and a shower; the remaining bathrooms are each fitted with just a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
Both the main house and cottage feature fully equipped kitchens that include a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and fridge-freezer. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. The lounging and dining areas have ample seating for guests to dine and relax while admiring the ocean views. For guests' entertainment, each bedroom and lounging area has a TV with DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi access is available.
The living areas open onto a deck with outdoor seating and gas braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure onsite parking, surveillance cameras on the property, and will be located a short distance from the beach, Kalk Bay, Simon's Town, the penguins, and Cape Point Nature Reserve. Additionally, this property has a UPS in case of power outages.
