Description
Sylvias' Gift is situated in a security complex in Centurion and offers quality accommodation, ideally suited for a business traveller, family visitors or overnight guests. It is in the Wierdapark area near the popular Mall @ Reds shopping centre, numerous restaurants and schools. Solar power is partly used on the premises.
The upper-floor unit comprises 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests at a time. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and it has a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Coffee, milk, tea, sugar and 1 filtered water are included. Purchased water is also provided free of charge.
The lounge has comfortable seating as well as a table on wheels that can be used as a dining or work table. There is a TV with selected DStv channels.
The lounge walks out onto a balcony, with patio furniture, overlooking the garden. Guests are also welcome to use the garden as well as braai facilities.
Guests are afforded secure, covered parking on the premises. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged in advance and are happily served.
The estate is very quiet, safe to walk in and also has a beautiful park.
It is near Unitas Hospital and Midstream Hospital. It is also within easy reach of the N1 Highway. The Gautrain bus stop is located approximately 300 m from the unit, just outside of the estate.
