This artsy home comprises 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms features en-suites, the third room is furnished with a bunk bed and 1 cot. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The adjacent dining and lounge area, equipped with SONOS sound system, open onto a shaded veranda, which features a built-in braai area for guests to use. There is also a separate Kids Playing room opening up to an outside kids trampoline and swimming pool with automatic safety cover.
A Garage, Off and on-street parking is available for cars. Table Mountain Retreat is located a few minutes from the Van Riebeeck Park Hiking Trail; 10 to 20 minutes drive from various business and leisure facilities in the city centre, and 25 minutes from the V&A Waterfront, depending on traffic.
Table Mountain Retreat is ideally situated just a short drive from the CBD, Campsbay and Atlantic Seaboard.
This property is semi-detached to another retreat, but is completely private.
