Set on the slopes of Table Mountain and bordering Table Mountain National Park, Table Mountain Villa has a private entrance to established mountain trails and is a short walk from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. It boasts a contemporary Balinese-treehouse design, consciously integrated with surrounding nature.
The double-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first contains a king-size bed, a free-standing bath, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the deck and pool. The second and third bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. The second bedroom has a private deck and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and basin, with adjoining doors leading from the second and third bedrooms. There is a third bathroom with a toilet and basin leading from bedroom 3.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. DStv is available in the lounge and bedroom. Other amenities include a saltwater pool and a full house security system including CCTV monitoring covering the periphery, entry and exit. Guests also have access to secure parking in a double basement garage and private gate to the national park.
Table Mountain Villa has ample light and space, with majestic views over treetops into the park and views of Table Mountain in many directions. The property has 270-degree wrap-around decks on two levels, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas with built-in braai, outdoor furniture and other comforts.
It's ideally situated, with 1 traffic light from the city centre and 5 minutes drive from Newlands Village restaurants, shopping in the Claremont CBD and the Constantia Wine Route, and a mere 20 minutes from many of the city's iconic beaches.
