Description

Taliesin is a beautiful 6-bedroom home situated right on the waters edge of the Knysna Lagoon, on Thesen Islands. During high tide, the water comes right up to the pool deck. The home is surrounded by mature, pretty gardens, is peaceful and private, and just a short walk away from Thesen Harbour Town.

The house is situated on Plantation Island; the island is connected to the mainland by a long causeway, and the community is gated, making the island and its beaches private and secure. The island offers tennis courts, an 18-hole putting green, a bird sanctuary, and parkland. The house can accommodate 12 guests, and the accommodation is adaptable for numbers as small as 2. A full time domestic worker makes for a relaxed and carefree stay. The house is spacious, and the rooms are large with lots of windows and high ceilings.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and an oven and stove, and the lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. The house features a lovely swimming pool, its own dock, as well as secure parking and braai facilities.
