Description
Tata Farm Lodge is an elegant, exclusive and private accommodation located on a predator-free game conservancy of 300 hectares with a glorious Nature Reserve that has a variety of wildlife such as impala, zebra, and wildebeest. Dinokeng Game Reserve, with the big five, is at the border of the lodge and its entrance at only 11 km from the lodge. Tata Farm Lodge is built on stilts, giving the guests an unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings and of the captivating wildlife grazing close by in their natural habitat.
Accommodation is offered in the Main House which sleeps 4 guests, the Chalet which sleeps 2 guests and the Cozy Cabin which sleeps 2 guests. The Main House comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms with double beds in each, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living area that opens onto a deck with outdoor furniture. Both the Chalet and Cozy Cabin are open-plan and comprise a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with a 2-plate stove and a bar fridge.
The communal family room has a mini-restaurant that serves authentic Italian-style meals. The restaurant is only open on request. The communal family room has a veranda which is perfect for viewing the spectacular African sunset. The family room is large enough to host over 12 guests for meetings or functions, as well.
The lodge is off the grid. Guests will have power 24 hours a day without the disturbing noise of the generator.
The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa has recently awarded Tata Farm Lodge with 3 STAR.
Being the lodge in a predatory-free game conservancy, walking and cycling around it is safe.
