Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This is not a party venue
No smoking indoors, balconies and garden only.
No loud music
No visitors allowed at any given time, only paid guests.
Noise levels to be toned down to zero as from 22:00
Guests who do not adhere to the house rules will be reported and removed from the premises without any refund.
Cleaning services available on request at extra cost.
