Description
The Ambience is a fully furnished double-storey self-catering house offers luxury coastal living at its best, situated in the secure Pinnacle Point Golf Estate set on a cliff that overlooks the Indian Ocean. The estate is just outside of the seaside town of Mossel Bay, 400 km from both Cape Town and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), and approximately 30 minutes drive from George Airport. The estate boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, a restaurant, bar and lounge, and a spa and fitness centre.
The Ambience can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The house is air-conditioned throughout.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, kettle, coffee machine, and ample cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The large lounge offers ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to a large covered balcony with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, and sea views.
A lock-up garage for 3 vehicles is provided, and there is additional open parking.
