The Art Box offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a small 2 bedroom cottage. There is an adjoining room ( sleeping 2) which is not self catering but room only ( French Kisses) Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, garden, braai area, hot tub and pool. The Art Box is situated in the picturesque town of Greyton. Originally a labourers cottage on a farm, The Art Box still has its original mud walls dating back to 1893.
The property is situated on a dusty dirt road with access to the main shopping area and restaurants, surrounded by mountains, trees and lovely walks. The cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway or just to recharge your batteries. The property is not dog-friendly and fully enclosed with parking behind a secure gate. Guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool, hot tub and outside boma area. The pizza oven is also available for cooking, so bring along some pizza bases if you wish.
The property also offers a wonderful outdoor bath and shower both with hot and cold water. There are ample outdoor seating areas as well as lovely tanning areas. This is the ideal getaway with beautiful green surroundings and birdsong to keep you company. There is no TV, but has wifi.
The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove and a microwave, and the open-plan living area has a dining table and chairs, and a lounge area. Guests have access to secure parking and free Wi-Fi.
There's SOLAR POWER so load shedding is not a problem. French Kisses (the adjoining bedroom) can be renting for an extra couple or individually- this is not self catering but room only.
